Jennifer Gentry is a licensed title agent with over 20 years in the industry.  She has been a part of every stage of the closing process.  

 

Jennifer has a business degree from Louisiana Tech University and loves all things real estate.  She is passionate about making sure things are done correctly and sitting at the closing table with both buyers and sellers. She has been in the Nashville area for 20 years and is married to her husband, Brian, who is a native Nashvillian.  They live in Mt Juliet with their two boys, Conner and John Carter.  You can usually find them sitting in the bleachers at basketball and football games, or cheering on the Preds!

Terry Slater began his career in the title industry in 1989, shortly after his graduation from college. He has been fortunate over the years to have worked with and for some very knowledgeable industry folks that have shared their knowledge, which in turn has served him well in the industry. Today, Terry is the licensed agent (Tennessee, Florida, Indiana) for Limestone Title, where he has been employed for almost 15 years.

Cissy has been in the title industry since 1999, wearing many different hats. Commercial closer, closing coordinator, office manager, policy processing to name a few. She has worked every part of a file from start to finish. In 2016, Cissy partially retired to work limited hours from home while homeschooling her two children. In her spare time, she teaches cradle roll at church, spoils her show horse Bear, loves to ride side-by-sides with her family, sews, crochets and loves to travel with her husband in their motorhome, their favorite destination being Utah.

Travis is a dedicated Curative Officer and Tennessee Licensed Title Agent with extensive experience in the real estate and title industry. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he excels in managing property transactions and ensuring exceptional customer service. Currently at Limestone Title, he processes files from contract to close, addressing curative items along the way. Travis has previously led teams, improved transaction closure rates, and overseen operations across multiple states. He also managed 108 agents at Coldwell Banker Realty during the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving strong sales and compliance. With over 3,000 transactions closed, he is committed to the title industry.

 

Outside of work, Travis enjoys snowboarding, ocean and mountain adventures, and has a musical background, having toured and managed music festivals. He is passionate about connecting with others and exploring collaboration opportunities.

Helen, a second-generation American born in California and raised in Tennessee, is the proud daughter of immigrant parents who achieved the American Dream. Now residing in Thompsons Station with her family, she is an actively involved mother, often cheering on her son, a standout goalie, at soccer games or attending his band performances on saxophone and piano.

 

With a career in the title business, Helen has facilitated numerous closings while cultivating strong client relationships. As the owner of a local events business, she is deeply committed to providing exceptional service and fostering lasting professional connections.

 

In her role as Marketing Director at Limestone Title, Helen oversees events and educational programs while applying her expertise at the closing table. Dedicated to client satisfaction, she ensures a seamless, personalized experience at every step.

Rachel’s career has primarily been in the construction industry in Colorado. After moving to Tennessee, Rachel decided it was time for a new career path and now feels very blessed to be part of the team here at Limestone Title. Her passions include gardening, nutrition, watching hockey, and spoiling her dog.

Eli is a Financial Analyst, where he plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting for real estate transactions. With a strong background in finance and data analysis, Eli is responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and assisting with forecasting to help drive informed decision-making.

 

Eli’s duties include evaluating financial risks, analyzing revenue streams, managing budgets, and conducting financial modeling to assess potential outcomes for our services. Additionally, he collaborates with other departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and assist with the preparation of financial statements and audits.

 

A detail-oriented professional, Eli uses advanced analytical tools to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability. He is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date financial records and assisting with internal and external audits as needed.

Eli holds a degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Alteryx , Bloomberg Terminal,  QuickBooks, and Salesforce.

Heidi is a recent transplant to Tennessee, having moved from Southern California. Prior to that, she lived in Arizona, where she met her husband, with whom she recently celebrated 20 years of marriage. Throughout her career in the mortgage industry, she has navigated various roles, from setup to funding, and most recently served as a Junior Mortgage Loan Originator. Heidi's goal is to enhance team dynamics and streamline initiatives by delivering a comprehensive array of services and solutions.

 

In addition to her Executive Administration expertise, her diverse background has equipped her with familiarity in several business-critical systems, enabling her to provide support beyond traditional administrative functions when necessary.

 

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys exploring  Tennessee with her husband (Chad) and dog (Senna) through music, sports and food experiences.

Julie is a very experienced and knowledgeable title professional, having worked in real estate since 1982 by starting out as a title searcher.  Through the years, she has had the honor of working in every position at a title company, so she has a complete understanding all aspects of a real estate transaction. 

 

As a young girl, she always knew that she had a love and passion for real estate.  She has also worked in banking and mortgage lending, but most of her career has been in title.  She always puts others first and feels that it is a joy to serve her clients.

Julie is a native Tennessean and a proud mother of 5 boys. She enjoys spending time at church and with family.  She never meets a stranger, and she treats all her clients as family.  If they need her, she is always there to help or at their fingertips for conversation or prayer.
