Meet Tish Baldwin, a proud native of Collinwood, Tennessee, where her family's legacy in real estate runs deep. With a rich background in the industry, Tish's journey began with Dual Bachelor’s Degrees in History and English, Pre-Law Concentration, from Union University in Jackson Tennessee, followed by a Juris Doctor Degree from the Nashville School of Law. During her academic tenure, she served on the Honor Council for two years, eventually elected as President.
For over three decades, Tish has been a steadfast presence in real estate law, bringing her expertise to bear in transactions and title resolutions. Her experience spans across Claims and Underwriting with national underwriters, equipping her with the skills to navigate even the most challenging of cases.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tish finds fulfillment in her role as a wife and mother to three wonderful sons. As a dedicated football mom, she passionately supports her youngest son's endeavors at Maryland University (Go Scots!). When she's not immersed in the world of real estate, Tish enjoys the simple pleasures of country life, whether it's tending to her garden or unwinding by the beach, serenaded by the rhythmic crashing of waves and the warmth of a cozy fire.

Lee's civic involvement includes memberships in the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, Green Hills Businessmen, and serving as the former Treasurer of the Brentwood Rotary Club.
With over 40 years of experience, Lee has built successful working relationships with Realtors, Bankers, Mortgage Lenders, Builders, Law Firms, and Title Companies.
